Welcome to Eastrop Complementary Therapies
I'm Anita Morley and I would like to welcome you to Eastrop Complementary Therapies Basingstoke.
Having worked in the corporate IT world for many years I am ideally placed to understand the stresses and anxiety involved over long periods of time and how this impacts the body. Stress creeps up and gradually becomes a "burn out" if you are not in the habit of giving yourself time to focus on you.
With research showing as much as 75% of medical conditions are stress related now is the time to take responsibility for your own health and well being. Book an appointment to-day to start the process of de-stressing. Easy to say but difficult to do in our modern world of juggling being a mother, father, carer for older or poorly family members whilst working full time as well.
Holistic therapies are an enlightening and peaceful way of helping you move through an experience or ideally preventative in the form of lifestyle adaptions. No holistic or complementary therapy however should replace medical treatment.
I work from my comfortable, relaxing treatment room in Basingstoke, which is easily accessible from Festival Place, Top of Town, Bus Station, Train Station, Eastrop Park, Basing View, Waitrose, John Lewis and J6 of the M3. With on drive parking available for my clients.
I currently offer Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki therapies which all enable relaxation and rebalancing of the body.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), a professional body which promotes the highest standards in Complementary Therapies. Continuing professional development is a prerequisite to membership of the AoR. I regularly attend courses and workshops to refresh and enhance my skills. This enables me to bring new skills and understanding to my clients. My latest course was Facial Reflexology at Regent's University, London School of Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman. Very excited to bring this new skill to my practice in the near future.
Organizations have started to use Complementary Therapies as a way to reward and motivate teams, reduce anxiety and stress and to reduce employee's muscular tension (which can lead to more serious musculo-skeletal conditions).
They can be used as "one-off" events, regular monthly sessions or as part of "Wellness Weeks". Why not check if your organization rewards their employees in this way.
Call me to book a treatment, or if you prefer please contact me via the link "click here to e-mail" on the right of the page or 07847 549574.
Looking forward to sharing the benefits of holistic therapies with you in Basingstoke.
